Worst service and they waste your time

You know that your banking is taking care of. Confidence & piece of mind.

It's a bank. They charge you money to hold your money, think about that for a minute. Go find a better bank.

Fast due to construction in area. Friendly staff

Aug 24, 2016
I asked and was promised to be given a specific letter (which I needed rightway) before I deposit. But later, the branch manager said, we don't have time to do that now and asked me to wait indefinitely. After waiting half an hour, she refused it all together. And instead of apologizing for the promise they couldn't fullfill, she just said it was a communication gap. Worst experience ever in a canadian bank branch. Unprofessional clerks and a manager with an attitude. Never can I take that risk again.
