The adviser they try to forced you where you have to invest your money. When you tell them in what you want to invest the money change where they want to.

I deposited a cheque and they ended up locking my account for a week till it cleared, disabled my online banking, my student loan, car payment and phone payment all bounced and I got hit with nsf fees even though the cheque cleared, been banking here for 11 years but account is about to be closed and move else where

NEVER deal with Kim Gillis at this location. She always charges you 10$ just to do every day banking. And it's always inconsistent. Jen the manager is also the worse manager . In July she releases cheques to me but today she won't release my cheque. She makes excuses and says that I never cash cheques even though I have proof that I been cashing cheques .

No staff. Left waiting for 30 mins while staff sat and stared at us. Very little help. I am very disappointed.

I recently applied for a bank account and credit card at this RBC branch. I spoke with Aranka Brinklow and gave her every piece of formal documentation I had for her to check if I could get a credit card (I am a U.S. citizen in KW for school). She informed me she had a lot of work to do and was going on vacation the next week, so it may be a few weeks before she gets to it. I said fine. It has now been over two months and I have not heard back from her, nor will she reply to my emails.
