I am loving the new no envolope deposit. The machine can tell what I give it and that is a super cool feature. I hope it gets rolled out more. Only seen it here so far. Other than that I love the staff here they are helpful and helped me find a new visa when the scene one no longer suited my needs. I am hyped to try the momentum infinite.

THEY ARE RICHER THAN WE THINK! AND ALSO TELL YOUR SECURITY GAURD TO CALM DOWN!!..I APPROACHED THE COURTESY DESK TO TALK TO THE GIRL TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND HE JUMPED OUT OF HIS CHAIR AND APPROACHED ME LIKE I WAS TRYING TO ROB THE BANK OR SOMETHING! CUSTOMERS DONT DESRVE THAT KIND OF TREATMENT!

If I could give less than 1 star to scotia bank I would, horrible customer service over the phone, they put me on hold many times when I called and their hold time is 15 minutes or more and then they hang up on me twice without serving me and without solving my simple problem. It’s almost impossible to get a good service from this bank over the phone!

No matter how many times I call their online banking they keep hanging up. Chances out of 100 is 1 for them to answer your call. Worst bank in Canada, if you do not believe me just give it time, their monthly service is too expensive, their hours are inconvenient and they close whenever they want to, their customer service over the phone is zero out of 10 it’s so bad and absolutely not helpful, they are so disappointing.
