Bank of Montreal used to have the fastest and competent service. The tellers are fast and friendly which is not what I can say for your 'financial advisor '. For the financial advisor I have waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be served. And I have been waiting more than four months to have my RSP funds transferred correctly from another bank source to the bank of Montreal. After four months of delay I have decided o take my business elsewhere as I found your "advisor " incompetent.

Have to be fair, the tellers are generally friendly, but the bank manager, the tone she talked to me, was amazing condescending. For one transaction, we needed her authorization, and she wanted to have my home branches authorization. That's totally understandable. But, she probably doesn't like the transaction(me taking relatively larger amount out), she's like "I don't understand, why he does it this way". She began to question me, with a very long face, condesending like crazy, without addressing me or anything. why I was in town, blablabla I mean, COME ON lady, at the end of the day, whoes money is this? MY MONEY! who are you to tell me how I should move around my funds?

Every time I go into this particular branch, I have an issue with one of the staff. Never fails.
