My daughter and I have been with TD bank for over a decade now. I've been very happy with my banking experience. This branch in Waterloo is new to us, as we recently moved here. I had the GREATEST experience with a teller by the name of POPPY. Poppy, you made our very first banking experience here in Waterloo, a most POSITIVE one. From your voice, to your wonderful personality, to your extensive knowledge of banking, I just adored you. THANK YOU for your 5 star service and we look forward to seeing you again very soon. Great TD with often 3+ tellers on duty. 2 ATM's open and good hours. Friendly staff.

Great customer service here!

The clerk there didn't even know about their own products. I asked if there was another credit card with no annual fee and she keeps insisting that the cash back one is the only one. I just checked online and there are two as I had remembered, both with 500 starting credit limit. The clerk had bad attitude and she was training another employee; I'd suggest to ask someone else to train the new employees.

I have had several bad experiences with this location over the years. The staff is less knowledgable than the Belmont and highland, ira needles, or downtown Kitchener branches. I don't know if TD has standardized training but this group is the least helpful.
