Tellers are friendly, but can be faster at what they do

This branch sticks out from the rest. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smiling face right near the entrance ready to help me with whatever my needs are. They are very customer focused at this branch.

5 stars for Becky who is always super nice and helpful. 1 star off for Mohammad who thinks its appropriate to ask why someone who ordered cheques from the GTA is picking them up in Waterloo. Very condescending and unprofessional as it's none of your business.
