Always treated my mom with great service, they take the time to explain to her any questions she may have about her accounts. Easy to get to...the w/c parking is close to the door. Offer all services a usual bank does.

An employee called Julian has an issue with me , whenever I am attended by a teller, Julian will always hover around that teller who is attending me and take a peek at the computer screen. Actually I had complained about her to the bank manager a couple of years ago about how she first attended to a customer who was next in line after me she did this deliberately to put me down. Ever since that complaint she had been instigating other staff members .Looks like she is biased, discriminating and revengeful .This bank is going down in their professionalism DUE TO SPITEFUL members like this woman Julian.
