Let me start out that the staff is second to none. The teller's customer service is beyond amazing and helpful. BUT, my question to you is, to the powers who be...who decided it was a good idea to get rid of you front end person and receptionist. I think it is appalling how I watch every week when I'm in, and clients coming in for appointments and not sure what to do, especially the elderly. As I stand there waiting to be served and I watch as one of the financial advisors goes and chats with one of the other advisors not paying attention to who is waiting. As far as I'm concerned you have your jobs because we deal with your company. All the money we pay to your bank in fees, we would like our customer service back especially our receptionist, to many people walking through your bank lost

The staff at this branch go beyond what is expected and far from what you find with other locations or institutions. We have banked here for years and couldn’t be happier with the level of service we receive.
