ACCOUNT HOLDERS BEWARE. I live in NY, this branch allowed someone to take out a $925 Withdrawal at 1:05 pm and a $945 withdrawal at 1:08 pm. At 1:03 pm I was at Dunkin Donuts in New York; 450 miles away using the same f----ing account. Same teller processed these withdrawals, inside the branch within 3 minutes with an ID that failed the black light test and a had a mismatched signature that had to be overridden. Both red flags, ignored both times .. clearly teller was in on it. Manager Teresa called me AFTER THE FACT and tried to say it did not look suspicious at the time when I told her it was not me making these withdrawals and asked why she waited until my money was out the door before calling. Her defense was ppl travel all the time and need money. Tell me Teresa, why did I drive 450 miles to f---ing Michigan within 2 min of my NY TRANSACTIONS TO TAKE OUT $1870 IN CASH WHEN I WAS PARKED NEXT TO A CHASE BANK WHILE PURCHASING THAT COFFEE AT 1:03?!?!? And why are all of my mobile alerts turned off all of a sudden?!?!?! This "manager" was stuttering and defending her staff for doing nothing wrong and never once apologized for their so-called negligence (what I see as criminal behavior). A criminal investigation had been initiated. Branch manager still says nothing looked suspicious to her (still stuttering like a scared and guilty teenager). A simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" or "We will look into it" would have been the correct response.
