Absolutely brutal "customer service". My wife and her family had their late Father's estate account here, and it was nothing but a giant pain in the rear EVERY time they tried to make changes or even just access the account. A quote from one of their clerks "...He's been dead for a year now...there shouldn't be any more bills coming out of the account...". Real professional.
