I have tried on several occasions to speak to someone at this branch. I have left messages on the specific extension 2 days in a row, asking for a call back, no response. I have called the main service desk, but " no one available -leave a message" and again I leave a message and AGAIN, no one returns my call. I have emailed my contact and she has responded once, a day later, then when I respond to her email-NO REPLY> I am totally frustrated with this. If this is the treatment they are showing right now, I am getting very leery of what kind of financial service I am going to get.

I've had nothing but good dealing with this bank. Everyone there is easy to get along with. Tellers can be a little crabby sometimes but that's usually because I bring them a mess and have them do a bunch of work I'm supposed to be doing LOL. All in all, I highly recommend this institution and will continue to do business here.

Very pleased with the staff and their knowledge of products.

My mother is the executor of her mothers estate, and despite repeated insistance by her lawyers everything is cleared, this bank REFUSES to release the her mothers assets. Mom took the death hard and DESPERATELY WANTS to distribute the inheritances to the family so she can put all the sadness behind her and move on with grieving process. Instead, this bank has claimed that they are "too busy" to release the funds and they continue to steal the interest off of their ill-gotten holdings. It has been months. I would suggest, if you son't want your family to be burdened by a 6 month long fight and likely legal intervention, you may want to switch to a less greedy institution that will not prey on the emotions of your family.
