Disorganized branch. Appointment time 10:30 and not seen until 11. Also Stacey missed several documents I was required to sign. She then proceeded to repeatedly call during class hours with little regard or consideration. Remaining documents have to now be signed at a different branch. What a nightmare!

The lineups at this branch are insane, it's astonishing to see more than 2 working tellers Friday evenings around 5 tends to be a half hour wait after work just to cash a cheque
