Where each customer is valued. I've recommended this bank to many people. The feedback is beyond perfect. Handicapped accessibility. Each customer is treated with respect and a smile. Whether it's 10$ or 1000000$. Always with a smile.i would recommend that you change this to your branch.

Fantastic!! The customer service is beyond excellent. The staff are warm and friendly while getting the job done all the time treating me like a person. I'd be happy to give 10 stars.

Terrible customer service went in to get $5,000 was told can only get $1000. Daniel the branch manager needs to do a better job hiring a more customer service oriented team. My bank teller was a elderly Filipino lady with a horrible attitude and a very judgmental personality. Avoid this Branch if possible.

I don't know if it's just because it's the long weekend, or if people are already on vacation mode... its very slow service. only 2 tellers. They seem friendly. but slow. no long line. Maybe it's the heat... Don't take it personal

This is my second branch in a day , because the first branch I went to was rude and made me wait for hours still could not help out , because of the lack of knowledge they had ,but this BRANCH is so welcoming and polite that they solve the problem pretty quick , ALMA is the best she is so sweet and would listen to you with patience
