NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERIVCE the people who worked there are so rude, they never say hi , morning or something like that . they just want you to leave as quick as possible so they can sit there blind face and also they are very slow.

Slow staff, try to engage in conversations but evident they're not interested, ends up slowing everyone down. Due to lack of inexperience take a long time to do any process and seem unfamiliar with the use of computer technology which ends up slowing them down even further. The blonde lady at the front is the only exception, she rocks.

Although I had encountered some issues, with the tellers,in processing transactions, after talking to the Manager,I was pleasantly surprised by her eagerness and willingness to listen to my complaints, and the way she handled it.I strongly recommend to all people, who ,are unsatisfied ,to try to reach the Manager,as they have some new inexperienced employees in training. On my side I hope ,that all my visits to this branch will be better experiences. To the Manager ,who took the time,to listen to my frustration regarding the long waiting time in processing transactions ,and took the apropiate action, proving that she cares,Thank You!
