Mortgage Advisor

My partner and I had the absolute pleasure when we were directed to Goldie Sharma as our Mortgage Advisor. What an amazing man! Professional yet friendly and so down to earth. From the onset we felt welcomed and extremely comfortable with Goldie. He is patient and respectful. He provided useful, constructive and valuable feedback to us. We never had to guess with him, we were always informed whether via a text, a phone call or email with detailed and honest information. In light of this it is without hesitation that my partner and I take this opportunity and pleasure to recommend Goldie Sharma to prospective mortgage seekers. You will not be disppointed. Everyone knows that first impression are lasting ones, and you usually don’t get a second chance at leaving a good one. Jordan Ricci, who’s apparently new here saw me sitting outside in the waiting area and decided to serve the tall young white lady instead of inquiring who was here first. Funny thing is he told her to come sit next to me in the waiting area as he finished wrapping up with his previous client. So clearly there’s a designated waiting area for clients. It took one of the other staff memebers to step into his office and tell him that I was waiting there before this young lady he was now serving. He didn’t even want to acknowledge the fact that I was sitting there. Mr. Jordan, don’t misrepresent CIBC. If you don’t care for your rep or that of your bank, don’t work there. Remember to be aware of this point the next time you see people standing there. It take one question, “Who’s next?” . Simple. The moment he stepped out of the office he kept staring at this lady. She was beautiful though guys! Lol.

As first time home buyers, we were introduced to Goldie Sharma, who is extremely patient, friendly, determined, helpful and knowledgable. He went above and beyond for us, making sure we understood the different process and timelines. He ensured we knew each step and informed us of the status along the way. He even calls to check up to make sure everything is going smoothly even after the process has been complete. We would definitely recommend him and guarantee you won't be dissappointed.

We met with Goldie Sharma who helped us with our mortgage application, and all I can say is Mr Goldie is GOLD!! He is exceptional at what he does, his communicating skill and follow up skill is on a different level, and he goes above and beyond to making sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. I will definitely contact him for my next project. We are satisfied with his services, and we will without a doubt recommend him and the bank.

Goldie Sharma was recommended by my friend when I was looking for Mortgage Adviser to refinance my mortgage. I was more than satisfied with the service he offered. Not only he provided me the best rate during our first chat but importantly he never put me on pressure to give him the business. And once I confirmed with him, he never look back. He politely and patiently answered all my questions, did a timely follow ups and keep me informed about smallest things at each step of the process till the end. He left very positive and honest impression about him and I highly recommend him for any mortgage related work.
