Not happy at all with the service I had received here .. I was told incorrect information and then i was charged an extra 14 dollars every month when I should not have been charged. And then I had to go into another BMO to get it all corrected when it should not have happend in the first place ..

Horrible service and unrealistic hours of operation for clients. How in the world can we deal with our banking institution if Friday is the only day that is open past 5 p.m.?????
