Bank and ATM Drive- thru ATM Good and improved customer service. Open late. Other shopping in large plaza. Busy location. Good location: 4min to highways 401 East and West Wheel chair accessible.

Bad service and long wait.

I am very please with the help for opening a CIBC Smart for Newcomers for my wife at this Crossroads branch. The young branch officer, Madhuri Singh, was very helpful and explained everything in details to us. I am very thankful to her because she spent more than an hour on opening s/a, cheque account, credit card, debit card and safety deposit box. This branch opens 7 days a week. Madhuri is a go-to branch officer at this branch if you ever need any banking needs. I am giving her a 10/10 for today's performance.
