The main problem is that the management you may be dealing with are 100% unreachable by telephone. It's what I call "hiding behind voicemail." If you can't walk into the branch and stand in front of them - you do not exist to this branch. No-one ever answers their general number, so you can't even set up appointment. You just have to guess. I'm busy. Time is money. I'm not good at guessing. I get frustrated wasting my time. That's "for what matters" to me CIBC. Guarantee you're not listening though! Big profit machine too busy making money to listen.

EXCELLENT SERVICE💎AMAZING PERSON Celia is really the definition of a gentlewoman as well as professional. This is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was a totally professional in every way. Best of the best. Many thanks.

Terrible customer service experience. Been a Business and personal customer of CIBC for over 8 years. Just wanted to deposit a business cheque and was not able to because of their system policy and was just told to go my home branch. 🤦‍♂️ not what I expected as a CIBC customer. This was the closest branch open at the time don’t have this issue with depositing at other Cibc branches.

Wow..... I cannot believe CIBC which is allegedly a repultable bank employed Hoofrish Patel as a branch manager.......... she got a teller to process a usd conversion at the wrong rate then blamed me for not speaking properly.... although she also had an accent.... if I could I’d rate this branch 0/5 stars I would. Avoid!!
