Fast friendly service, I use this branch whenever I'm in the area =)

Time and time again this branch fails to deliver good customer service. Their tellers are absolutely mindless and purely incompotent with no real customer service skills. Today I was told I need 2 pieces of ID just to pick up a bank card. That is an absolute lie and couldnt be further from the truth; you only need 1 government photo ID not 2. This is a bank not immigration services that you're gonna need such stringent measures just to hand someone their card. Called easyline to verify if what I had witnessed was in fact true; the rep immediately tells me to file a complain with the bank as its "highly unusual" for a bank to ask for 2 pieces of ID. I've surely learnt my lesson this time!

They are giving people a hard time to renew their mortgages. Lots of inaccurate information is being presented.
