An absolute waste of our time. Went for our 2pm appointment with two young kids, waited until 2:25pm and made the decision to leave. The people at the front were super nice and lovely, but Maria Arlotto the adviser we were going to see did not have any respect for our time. Please think twice before going to this branch.

I usually do all my banking online, but had to visit this branch today. It is brand new and has a nice at-home feel to it. The employees were enthusiastic and welcoming. The line up was long and the people in line were very irritated and impatient. It made me realize that bank tellers don’t have an easy job, having to deal with these kinds of people all day. The line moved rather quickly though and I was still welcomed with a smile. Five stars for the employees who stay patient, friendly and professional no matter what/who they are faced with!

I love it. Very helpful people.

The manager wanted to put a full hold on my first cheque from my new job. Despite the fact that I had no money in my account. Zero understanding or customer service. I took my cheque to the royal York branch and had no problem getting my money. Such a frustrating experience, making me wonder if they feel they have to give less customer service in low income neighborhoods.
