Had a meeting with a Financial advisor named Gabriel. Wanted to speak in terms of finding an alternative to making my loan repayments since in the 5 years I've been with Scotia I have never defaulted. Pretty much spent 10 min( I'm being generous) with the F.A. he pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and to try another bank. Poor customer service and regards for people.
