Every time I go in person there are like 7 to 9 persons waiting in line before me, meaning I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes standing there. I understand some transactions take time. Since the place is quite large,I think they should do like the government offices, pick a ticket number, take a site in a designated sitting area until your number is called. No everybody is able to stand in one spot for so long. The clerks are cordial and kind

Beware of tellers scamming older people from stories and personal experience where $30k was misplaced.. My dad experienced a scamming attempt on deposit. His ATM card was compromised and money was taken out of his account in $60s and $20s twice in a day. The bank is looking into it. Be careful.

I wish I could able to upload pictures... waiting here since last 25mins in business lines and there’s none here to look after and none to guide where to finish business transactions... seriously disappointing!

Horrible customer service! I called them but they didn't answer the phone. I left a message but they never called back within two business hours as promised. Don't promise what you can't deliver.
