I have been banking with this RBC since I was 16 and I absolutely love it here! The staff are always pleasant, efficient and timely. If I ever have an issue I know I can walk in with confidence that it will be fixed. I walk into other locations with 415 The Westway as the standard to meet in my eyes. Special thanks to one of my favourite tellers, Ivan, for always being pleasant and professional, I always leave pleased with your services. -Lesley.

Third class Customer Service. Tellers show you attitude like they are some superstars. I was told to upgrade my credit card by one of there female advisor and she said it will come in 15 days which I have not received yet since last 6 months. Also the staff there is least helpful and make bad faces when they see customers line up. I have experienced this not once but all the times I visited the branch. DONT GO OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. THEY ARE WORST and will not give you any service or facilities after you open an account with them.

This is a very busy branch. It is a small branch but the staff is very efficient and helpful. It is opened even on Saturday. Their service is wonderful.

I showed up 15 minutes before closing time and urgently needed to make an account and deposit money. The staff member named "Nan" refused to help with my request, nor help with any other quick alternative, and as a result it created many difficulties. Was it my fault for not allowing more time? Yes. However, I'm writing this review to state that some staff members don't really have empathy to make slight efforts to help customers in urgent need. Update: The following business day I walked into another branch and the entire account setup took less than 20 minutes
