Only 1 ATM inside which sometimes doesn't even withdraw cash (saying error). A longer queue which leads to time wastage. Very often, the teller recommends getting an appointment for certain requests. Closes very early in the day. How can the branch expect the customer to be there between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (those times are business hours where we are working)? Even worse, the branch is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I recommend changing the branch location for better hours with good service.

Worst experience ever with the bank staff. Bankers should be polite and they should help customers. Not happy.

This branch has the longest wait times in all the scotia banks. I bring my grandfather to this branch every month. Every month we are made to wait in line for long periods of time. The tellers and manager know our faces and refuse us everytime because my grandfather has a passbook without a bankcard. We bring id and still get denied service. Worst management in the business, they literally just walk around and do nothing when the lines are long.
