Very friendly and helpful staff. I came from Asia so I don’t know anything about banking in Canada, the ladies working here really helped me out. Good location for commuters but parking a car is not always available.

I have never had a problem with staff BUT.... I took out a car loan with this bank nothing else thank god. Every-time i try to CALL this bank NO one Picks up...Even if they do They say someone will call you back tomorrow and days can go by and when you trying CALLING again NO ONE PICKS UP. This bank is HORRIBLE for COMMUNICATION and being AVAILABLE to customers. I tried 3 days IN A ROW to call this Bank and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE what kind of service is this.Think im lying Try calling yourself right now and see if anyone picks up. Do your self a HUGE Favor and Bank somewhere else. Thank god i bank with TD BANK...

If you don't speak Portuguese or you are a person of color they do not respect you. I've moved all of my accounts from national bank to TD because I do not believe NBC is running respectable business. Especially in the city of toronto this is so unacceptable ! As a pervious long time customer I am disgusted and heart broken! Please do not waste your time at this establishment

Been a customer for 10 yrs and for the first time I can say I would rather deal with any other bank. What a joke I was treated like garbage or better still a second class citizen by individual I've never met or seen before. When I told Alexandru Nastase that I didn't trust him and did not want to deal with him. He threatened to call 911 and said I was a hostile customer and he didn't like my conduct and he could refuse me service and call 911 to have me charged. The whole time my friends 10yr old daughter that I just picked up at school stood in fear and shock as he continued to threaten me with 911. Standing over my shoulder as I attempted to pay my credit card even after I told him to get away from me. Attempting to intimidate me telling me to pay. At which point I refused to pay and could not believe the person I assume was the manager and took his side. The person that probably should have stepped in before it escalated. Anyways overall the employees at this branch are exceptional and very good employees. It's a shame that one bad apple by the name of Alexandru Nastase can ruin a great branch. Gord
