Rafi Rahman is completely useless. I requested the discharge fee for my mortgage. He said he would email it to me. What he said would take 5 minutes turned into a week and a half. I still have not received my discharge fee. If you visit this branch and he tries to help you ask for someone else.

Waited 15 minutes, the line didn’t even move and there was only 2 of us in there! I have a business card but didn’t want to butt in front of the only customer in there by using the business lane. Then they had the nerve to serve the person who just walked into the building for the business line before myself! I made a fuss and had to almost force myself to be served first. Then another teller joined the counter and served a regular line customer before the person I went in-front! Really??? Shouldn’t she have at least been served next??? Get your act together this is very basic customer service skills. I’ve seen other locations get this exact thing right. It’s common sense. To most I guess.

The bank charges a ridiculous amount of fees. I'm getting charged $100 a month for just a handful of withdrawals. The branch itself however is not bad. Wait times aren't usually too bad, the staff are polite enough.

MANAGER is rude. Unprofessional. Off the bat doesn't accept resumes and the employees look scared to even talk to her. She just sits behind her desk. Very surprised there are actual employees there... I would avoid this location, because if any issues, there is no professional manager to solve the issue. She has a bad attitude. This deserves a 0 star based on the manager alone, not the employees. *Note* if you are looking for employment, go to another branch. Managers words when a resume is presented, "I don't want it!".
