Absolutely horrible bank and branch. Never enough tellers to deal with the line up and they keep talking among themselves and making small talk with customers even when there are 10+ people waiting in the line. Went in today to inquire about a mortgage and the person at the info counter was absolutely unbelievable. All I wanted was a rough estimate and I had all the numbers that would allow me to have a general sense of the loan I could get and this person was like, that's not how it works.Well, it's worked well at TD, RBC and BMO so not sure what the hell he is smoking. On top of that the person was quite rude and condescending. I have been a Scotia customer since 2005 and my wife's always been with TD. The level of service we get at TD and at BMO is far far superior. I hope someone looks into this. This occurred on 4/4/19 at 1:30 PM.

I always get great service at this location, the staff is always very friendly and go above and beyond for the customer:) Great Customer Service!

THE WORST BRANCH IN THE GTA! My whole family hates this branch due to the terrible (lack of) customer service, every teller here is lazy and incompetent. They all look miserable and hardly say hello, nevermind smile when a customer walks in. Whenever there is a concern or issue the manager is too "busy" to come out of their comfy office and show their face. Seriously considering changing to TD or another bank due to my most recent experience here.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Convenient location with a drive-thru.

On the north parking lot of the Cineplex Odeon complex. Has a drive through. Great location to get cash to watch a movie. Their Scene card complements Cineplex. 1000 scene points for a movie. All three restaurants in the same plaza offer scene points. Coincidental?
