One of the bank managers, Kate Panter sells my daughter cocaine. Is this the type of person you want responsible for managing your money? RBC should be ashamed. Do a criminal record check on her. I won't rest until every customer knows.

This branch location always likes to close 20-30 min before actual closing times during the weekday. The staff see the customers at the door confused but they couldn't care less.

Awful customer service. Switching banks immediately!

South Etobicoke Business Branch and Training facility. As a result, the staff are top notch and possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced in a bank (I deal with 4 institutions). Always clean amd friendly, some of the tellers and client service reps are extremely family oriented and are actually happy when you bring in smaller children. When the line starts to build, some people in their offices, if they're doing paperwork, will actually pause what they're doing and help out at available teller spots. Jason (in the cage) and his coworker (can't remember her name) are astounding at business transactions. Frank with the tellers team, knows a tonne of his regular customers by name, and will let you know how long the wait will be. Kath with customer service, knows a bit about everything and can get you Client Service Rep Samantha is a staple (10+ years now) and a great asset to deal with. Fully educated beyond her requirements, she maintains her integrity and advises appropriately... as other institutions get the bad press for pushing products on people they just simply don't need. Open late on Thursdays until 8pm, and open on Saturdays as well, overly knowledgeable staff (obviously to train others), handle some of the more complicated transactions with the ease of a deposit or bill payment. Well done.

5 stars for the redhead hottie with the really high pitched voice that usually works at the customer service desk, man i'd love to shag her!
