Best TD branch in all of Canada! I have had my business account with TD for over 7 years and 3 years ago I started going to this branch and I must say they have the friendliest staff and it's always a pleasure banking at this branch. Scott is an excellent branch manager who always makes sure I am taken care of. Oz and Vivek have always helped me with anything I need. I highly recommend everyone to make this their home branch.

I needed statements to file taxes, wrote the months on the paper but still teller gave me totally wrong statements. Unfortunately I didn't open and check the envelope at that time, had to come back from my accountant office.

I’ve been going to this branch for 2 years. The service is really terrible. From the tellers to the advisors. The management is overly worked and looks constantly stressed out. You will never see the same tellers here twice even if you come on a weekly basis. Extremely disorganized and poorly managed TD branch. The employees look miserable and never smiles at the clients. Issue ONE: booked my appointment for my business account. Confirmed twice on the phone and the employee said my appointment is set. Showed up on a weekday afternoon for my appointment, my advisor said she doesn’t have my appointment in the system. She told me that half of the advisors are sick today and she will try to “squeeze me in”. I’m not understanding what’s happening here but this is extremely unprofessional if you guys want the fees from business clients. Issue TWO: the line up is not bad here, but the tellers are extremely slow and poorly trained. In the past 2 years of coming to this branch, I have never seen the same teller twice. One of them told me they’re waiting to go into corporate and that’s why they’re grinding it out there. The tellers look like between 16 years old to 22 years old at this location. They cannot even answer the clients questions properly when they’re asked a more specific question. I feel extremely uncomfortable doing my banking here. Issue THREE: the customer service here ranges from new tellers that have no idea what they’re doing but keeps on apologizing; to tellers that looks like they hate their jobs so much that they can’t even fake a smile to do their customer service job. If you’re gonna do your banking here, just be prepared at the lack of customer service and coordination at this TD branch. One of the worst TD branches I have ever seen.
