This BMO branch and it's staff are extremely helpful, nice and service are the best. I have no problems with the staff. They meet all the requirements I have

How about ZERO stars. A junior branch manager misled me. Do you like being misled? I'm sure there are good people but it's not what I encountered. What a disappointment and disgrace.

Bad location. Tried to cash a cheque at this location. Asked if there was a hold, lady said "yes, but how much do you need?". I said all of it ideally, but I will just cash at another bank. She rudely replied "it's not a lot of money anyways, why do you even need it". Great way to start off the Holiday season.

Manager couldn’t even assist/complete adjustments to my savings plan.

Very poor service. Staff is not helpful at all. They never solve any issue. They just say “call the number that is in your card” I don’t recommend this branch
