I've been going to this branch for the last 10 years, but I am sorry to say the experience has been consistently poor. Unless you are doing the absolutely basic routine transaction like making a deposit, they almost always refuse to do anything for you. For example, I tried to get a direct deposit form from them because I couldn't get one online myself because I did not have a bank card. The account was new and the bank card takes several days to arrive but I needed the direct deposit form for a job interview in a couple of days. I asked to get a BLANK form and they gave the excuse that blank forms cannot be printed, that every direct deposit form must be printed with pre-populated bank account information! It was absurd. I eventually asked a friend who had online access to his TD bank account to print the form for me, and the form he printed was BLANK. This was not the first time I've had experience like this with this branch. I have lots of other business with TD Bank and generally deal directly with someone I know from another branch. But I live very close by and sometimes it is easier to just walk in to do some simple things (like getting a direct deposit form on a Sunday to get ready for a Tuesday interview). But each time, I never fail to be disappointed. I now resolve to not be disappointed, and instead, to just avoid dealing with them the best that I can.

Absolutely terrible service. No customer courtesy. No customer care. Think before doing business with this bank, AT THIS LOCATION. Worst bank than any I have dealt with. If you are traveling, you will have a tough time finding a personal banker who can be in touch with you.

This branch was great to me, I used to bank at RBC but they didn’t care as much about me. I am going through a divorce and I went into this branch and Michael the Branch Manager introduced himself and he and the advisor helped me through one of the toughest times of my life and for that I will always be a TD client! This place is a great location to do business with.

My mother has worked for td for many years and loves the company. I am forever greatful to this location for being so kind to my mom when in need. The advisor Hena was amazing and compassionate. That girl has a heart of gold and treated my mom as her own family member. Definitely will recommend this branch.
