I’m a new member and I’ll say this without hesitation: these guys run an excellent show. The classes meet you at your level and push you further. The trainers are motivating and have gone through extensive training. There’s programs in place to tailor training to your specific goals and the process is seamless. The app is awesome and makes it brainless to schedule on your workouts and check timetables as well as get access to other health and nutrition info. There’s a lot of beautiful people here that can make it slightly intimidating - but you’re beautiful too. The standards of cleanliness are incomparable and my favourite part: the chilled eucalyptus scented towels! Bliss.

Since I am very new to the world of working out, I knew I needed some place special to inspire me. This is it. Love the atmosphere, love the classes. Employees and trainers are very helpful and friendly.

upsides: Clean, good equipment, great classes in different hours of the day, great instructors. Great change room and supplies. Great meditation on their app. Good juice bar. Downsides: Too busy, long shower lines, hard to find an empty locker. Classes are so busy that it gets hard to breathe and you don't get enough space to work out. Why would you pay $200 per month if you can't get into good classes because they are all full. Unfriendly management too, very easy to join, very hard to cancel, even if you have an acceptable reason for it. Parking is very expensive around the gym and the 2 hours parking that they provide on certain hours is nice but doesn't solve the problem. Verdict: They need to open a few other branches all over Vancouver with affordable parking and divide the load between them and I will rate them 5!

Best gym downtown Vancouver, easy. Everything is clean, training is on-point, super friendly maintenance and desk staff, and great management. Great selection and layout of equipment, plenty of benches, good number of dumbbells. Classes look legit from the outside but I've not attended personally. Did try to get a day pass during a work trip but never got a call back, that's totally on the Tyson's Corner location however and I can't fault the Vancouver folks. 5/5 - highly recommend Adding an edit: Been training weekly with Michael, his workouts will destroy your body in the absolute best way possible. Michael is also exremely knowledgeable around physical fitness and I've learned so much these past months. I cannot recommend him enough.

Madison Proznick keeps sending me unwanted marketing emails despite I wrote several emails to explain why I did not wanted to join their program. My last email was clear and polite. "Please, remove me from your mailing list". She still continues sending marketing emails. Reasons not joining: However, after doing some research, I realized that this is not the type of club I am looking for.  Below are the reasons: 1) I was mainly interested in some classes (not the facility), but I learned they are mostly full and extremely difficult to get into 2) The club requires me to sign a year agreement and I am looking for a 3 months trial. If I like it after 3 months, I wish I had the option to continue my membership 3) The price is too high considering that it will be very unlikely that I can sign up to the "popular" classes that I was interested in. It would not make sense for me to pay extra fee of membership (compared to other similar fitness clubs) for nicely scented towels and shampoos. 4) No swimming pool, cheap limited machines
