Excellent programs and a convenient location. Besides using the facilities, it's awesome to walk by as you're making your way around False Creek and see all the activities going on - dragon boating, soccer, volleyball, basketball, public speaking classes, events upstairs, the mysterious playground on the roof... It makes Olympic Village feel like a real community. Recommend checking out the programs there!

Great gym with lots of new equipment for weight training and cardio workouts. It features a very nice outdoor deck where stretching/exercise mat workouts can be done which is accessible from the gym. Mid afternoon it can begin to get slightly busy, although it has never been overly crowded. Change rooms feature private showers, but the changing area is very small and quite dimly lit for some reason.

Lots of sweaty people stretching and being all athletic. I really enjoyed it

Very hip place and lots of seating areas. Nice building and many fitness programs to choose from. Paddling classes available when weather is good. Close to restaurants and public transportation. If you’re lucky, there’re some free parkings.
