Hard to know where to start... Wonderful space and equipment, amazing coaches (knowledgeable, personable, professional, capable). Even the administration is efficient and friendly. Staff and regulars really make an effort to make you feel like part of the family. I'd been working out for years at various gyms thinking I was getting all I needed from them, but Crossfit819 is in a category all its own - working out here has taught me so much and enabled me to take my strength and fitness to a new level.

Amazing friendly coaches, who will correct your form with a smile after you mess it up for the hundredth time. The classes are extremely well done and very challenging. Coaches are helpful in finding alternative exercises for those who lack flexibility, and making sure you avoid injury. Very supportive and friendly culture for a gym, feels more like a sports team after a while. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something more challenging then Goodlife classes or regular gym workouts. Hours are not the most convenient for those who like to work out late at night.

CrossFit 819 is absolutely amazing!!! The coaches are so good at what they do and really make you feel comfortable and accepted at any level. The atmosphere is the best I have ever seen. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Its a very comfortable place to go and it wont take long for it to feel like home as you are always greeted by first name when you walk in. l Love it!
