Spent few days in Ottawa and looked for a place to drop in. Great place with very good atmosphere and friendly staff. Had two morning WODs with coach Karine, who was great. .A big place with lots of equipment Will defiantly come back next time

I really enjoy the challenge of the gym and both the community feel and the supportive coaching. Certainly an exceptional crossfit experience!

I started coming to Wolvish a year ago, after years of lifting weights and running but never having a trainer or really going to classes at the gym and having struggled with back pain and injuries. As a fat, middle-aged woman interested in being strong and fit, but not interested in dieting or body shaming, I had a lot of hesitation about Crossfit and worried that it would be just a bunch of super fit snobs. My experience at Wolvish has been incredible, from the really friendly, diverse, and non-judgey community to the body-positive programming. Steve and the coaches push the limits of what I can do in a way that builds capacity and joy - I'm stronger than I've ever been, not in any back pain for the first time in ten years, and feel so grateful for this gym.

I dropped in on a class here while on business. TIP: you may go through the brewery or go way around the building to the very back garage door. My experience was one of the best and friendliest of my drop ins - just look at the picture, the entire class did that for me. Coaches were fantastic if I lived in Ontario I would join this box. And when I come back for business, I'll be there again.
