My family and I love Saroughi Martial Arts. We have been involved for years and I am in the process of going for my black belt. Master Sam and his team are amazing to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in having fun, staying fit and learning martial arts and self defence.

After checking out several self defence places, my husband and I chose to enrol our children at Saroughi Taekwon-do. We are so pleased that we did. The dojo has lots of natural light, and feels very clean and airy. The staff are wonderful, positive and highly competent, and the classes are very well organized. Of Master Sam Saroughi, we cannot say enough. It is so much fun to watch him working with his students, and the children simply adore him. If you are looking for a place that will motivate and challenge your children in a fun, supportive, and respectful environment, search no further!

Saroughi Martial Arts is the perfect place for folks to learn self defence in a non-competitive way. My husband & I, and our four children have been attending these classes for several months, and have enjoyed it from day one. Master Sam and the other instructors are wonderful: very patient and encouraging. Discipline and respect is a must! It has been a self-esteem and self confidence booster for us and for our children. 💯% AWESOME!

I recently registered here and have had the most positive experience. Master Saroughi has created an environment that is so respectful and humble. Often higher level athletes have a sort of elitist mentality, but not here. Instead, the higher level athletes are encouraging and eager to give pointers so that you can fully enjoy this sport with them. I would recommend signing up to anyone!
