Filthiest gym in Edmonton. I got a staph infection while I trained there. Washrooms are disgusting, mirrors splashed with sweat are never cleaned, equipment is never sanitized. Facility is in disrepair from years of neglect. Owner sprays air freashner around before classes to try and hide odours. Coaches are clicky. Better gyms in town.

I LOVE training here and it's welcoming for girls. It can be a bit intimidating at first but the instructors here cares about proper technique and ensuring you push yourself to achieve your goals.

Best Muay Thai in Edmonton. Trained here nearly a year and loved every second of it. If you want to learn proper technique, be pushed, evolve, this is the place to be. The coaches remember you and provide critical feedback. The atmosphere is next level, you actually feel like you're in a kickboxing gym, but everyone is very kind. I would continue going if i wasn't currently in school. Only dislike is it isn't like most gyms with treadmills & weights (though they do have a small weight section), this is mostly strictly class-based learning, and it can be cramped on a very busy day.

Best gym in town for learning Muay Thai. Sifu Frank Lee is a legend and I am so honored to have been taught by him.
