We wanted to get our daughter involved in a program that would enable her to build confidence and be able to defend herself; we got so much more! Our daughter is more focused, has a better attitude, is working harder in school, and has a real drive to succeed in her Taekwondo journey. Master Adam Forest and his program have been wonderful for our family. You can see his dedication and investment in the growth of his students. His positive reinforcement and class structure combined with his ability and passion for teaching the students make Valley Taekwondo an excellent choice for anyone looking to enroll their child in Taekwondo.

Awesome Club! Master Adam and Monica Ma'am bring family values to the club. Training their students to be the best that they can be!. My daughter and myself have been on an fantastic road to becoming Black belts. The changes in my daughter, becoming confident and a leader are definitely noticeable. I definitely recommend our club to anyone.

I studied under Adam Sir as a child and didn't think twice about registering my own children at Valley. The club philosophy of teaching respect, hard work and honoring/valuing your family at the same time as self defense is fantastic. I recently started training again which has been a great way to get in some exercise and spend time with my kids doing something we all enjoy!
