Failing grade ... this organization wanted to charge me $600 just to come to my house ... I have a simple job to fix a piece of fascia that has come off ... spoke to the Collingwood office, then tried the chat session they insisted on have a call when I stated I've already spoken to someone

So disappointed with AM Roofing. I had multiple problems with this company. We had our roof done in August and are still waiting for a service worker to come back to fix dented eves troughs and other problems...even a call back would be nice (Its December now!) We were very patient with the roof job being pushed back & spread out randomly across the week - but very caught off guard when the crew showed up unexpectidly at 8:00 in the evening (as I was putting my baby to bed) to finish the job. We had neighbors complain that the crew were very loud & vulgar. We were promised that somebody would come back the following day to finish cleaning up & it never happened. I'm still picking up nails and debris. The sales team seemed so friendly & were very convincing that they would be checking in on the job during & afterwards to make sure we were happy customers....this did not happen! I would not recommend this company. I'd suggest to find a company that doesn't contract their work out.

bad service, all around sloppy job. first things first we where promised the job was done by in house people on staff but it turns out it was a contracted job. we where told our stuff would be covered so nails in such would not get on the driveway and on the stuff but they did not do the front deck area so there was nails IN my cover for my hot tub. We where told it would be a half day job but it ended up being a four day job. we got a call on Friday at 12 o clock saying they would be here Monday morning. the bin people and the delivery for the roofing tiles arrived but the crew did not i had to call the company to find out they where not coming till 4 days later. so the day of the job they found an issue with alignment of my eaves trough but they did not notify us of an issue untill we called to complain that the job looked bad. So because of all the above we asked for a discount which they gave us a few hounded dollars back however they also took back 6-10 bags of material that was not used. hmm this makes me think that they weren't really sorry. So they told us an amount to pay we wrote a check then we get a call a day later saying you did not' pay tax's and if we don't way right away our warranty on the roof will be void. So this inspired me to write a review so that everyone can watch out for this sloppy company

Was told that there was a government rebate and I was only responsible for the net amount. I was told that they wait for the rebate to come through before asking for the balance. Then once they did the job, they demanded payment and said that the rebate application couldn't be made until the account was paid. Use extreme caution in dealing with this company and its claims.
