This company was contractor for our builder, we bought a house from. After a little more than two years we have a problem with our roof, causing water penetration. I have tied to contact the company. May 2019 left a message - no response, no call back. June 2019 - ask reception for manager or owner to give me a call - no response, no call back. Story to be continued :(

I have used Victor two different times. Both experience have been painless and professional. I am again in need of a new roof on a different house and will use them again.

i PLACED 2 CALLS REQUESTING A QUOTE ON 2 DIFFERENT DAYS- NO RETURN CALL, NO RESPONSE AT ALL

I had requested a repair to our roof after last Wednesday's 90km/hr wind storm and after an initial disappointment where the original technician was not able to come to illness and being advised everyone else was booked until later this week (due to last week's storm), Lauren from customer service on her own found another technician who became available and made the effort to call me back before I had to urgently find another contractor. Thank you for this second effort as this showed your concern in wanting to fix my roof before the weather turned for the worse for the rest of this week. And watching Sean the technician do his work, his experience showed as he made the job look very easy. I will not hesitate to refer others to Trudel if they ask who they can go to for roofing work. And when it comes time for roof replacement, I will definitely come to Trudel to ask about your products and services. Thank you and much appreciated.
