After a lengthy and thorough due diligence, we chose Complete Roofing to replace our roof. Their VP of Sales, Pierre was very professional and answered all our questions. He also provided guidance on areas where we needed his expertise. Pricing was also very competitive. Installation was done in a very professional and timely manner and their workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended!

I've had 2 roofs done by these guys, first in 1993, second roof in 2008, I had 30 year shingles fitted on the last job, just resently while cleaning out my eves, I notice the top roof had a swayl or deviation, so I investigated this in the attic. Upon closer inspection I noticed the vents which were installed at the last roof job. The holes made for these vents in the roofs plywood had been made with a hammer, rather than cutting the wood with a saw. The hammer had been used to punch a hole in the wood. This splintered the wood and caused it to fail under load, I had to reinforce the roof with 2 x 4's to hold it up until I can get a new roof installed. I was expecting more years out of this roof as I had purchased 30 year singles, but because of the damage to the plywood sheets the roof is starting to fail after 10 years, Not what I expected, the workmanship is very poor.

We had some water at our home after a recent storm. Water came in through the roof into our garage as well as a second floor window through the flashings. As a result, we incurred significant water damage to the drywall in our garage as well as water damage on ceiling and walls on the first floor of our home. We contacted our insurance company who sent our adjusters to inspect damage. In their inspection, they found hole in the roof of our garage which, according to them, Complete Roofing had shingled right over. They went on to tell me that, this is where the water had come in that had caused much of the damage. In addition, they found; the flashing on the second story widow was not nailed down properly nor was the caulking installed appropriately. As a result, all the insurance claims were denied with the cost of repair falling completely to me. I did email Complete Roofing and eventually, a company executive responded and assured me he would send out one of roof techs to have a look. After waiting for some time, I sent four more emails and left numerous voice messages to the executive contact. I still haven’t seen the roofing tech nor have any of my messages been responded to. As a result, I am frustrated and will go ahead with the repairs on my own however, I thought it only fair, I alert other consumers to Complete Roofing’s apparent lack of customer service or willingness to follow up. Based on my experience, I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. Their quality of workmanship is substandard. This is not my opinion it is the position of the two roofing companies who performed the quotes for the insurance company. Consumer beware.

Complete Roofing replaced our aging roof in 2017. Their quote was competitive and they completed the job on time and on budget. Their crew was very neat and tidied up the property each and every day. They even fixed an eaves issue we were having at no extra cost while they were on the roof. Very satisfied with the work and would use again.

Very poor work and don't stand behind their work. We had our roof done a couple of years ago and the shingles started falling off. They blame the shingle manufacturer, when it is a poor installation job. Not recommended.
