Had a great experience, from quote to clean up everything was done top notch!! Also its great to know they have been around for over 100 years, if there is an issue down the road you know they will still be in business to service the warranty !!! My new roof looks great and since then they have done another 6 in my direct neighborhood. Highly recommend using them!!

They did a great job on our roof. Happy with the overall process from quote to finish.

They were recommended to me by a friend who used to work for them. Said the work was thorough and the crew was hard working. I called, they came by and checked the roof (no one was home but I didn't mind I liked they seemed to want to get the job done). I was told our roof was good another couple years and didn't need replacing right away, but that we could get an estimate if we chose to go ahead with it. Appreciating the honesty, we decided to hold off. Ottawa then had a windstorm not long after and hubby realized we had a small trace of water coming in along our main floor ceiling along the top of a wall, and along an exhaust pipe in the basement. I called and emailed Sanderson for an estimate. Emailed got no answer and when I called the receptionist said she'll have the owner get back to us later in the day, that he was out. It's over a month still no response. We are no longer wasting our time with this company. Shame.

Very happy with the workmanship of this company. I was concerned about the cleaning afterwards but they did and excellent job with that as well. I highly recommend them.
