Tried to get a quote from these people. There sales person was very shady and kept trying to get me to give him other quotes I got from other companies before he even gave me a price. After I didn't do it, he got rude and handed me a paper quote without explaining anything and tried to pressure me to sign it. I didn't get any work done from these people but based off of their slimy salesman I'm glad I didn't.

Disgusting service. I did not end up having my roof done by Forest City Roofing due to the lack of respect I received over the phone. I had a quote done and was happy with it and called to book in a time. It's October and I was hoping to wait until the spring but wanted to ensure that it was reasonable to expect my roof would be okay until then. The man over the phone acted shocked that I would want to wait until the spring and told me there is no way to know. I asked if they could tell the general condition of the roof and he said there's nothing they can possibly look for to know if it's at the end of it's life. I previously had another quote done elsewhere and they were able to tell me that it looked in pretty good condition and they would get up on the roof to tell me if there's any concern over the winter. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and pretended he was shocked that I would want to wait until the spring but didn't tell me that my roof looked like it needed to be done. He told me that no one would ever know if a roof needed to be done. When I insisted that I knew that there are indicators to tell if a roof is at the end of it's life (like curling and granules coming off) he told me he looked at my file and it didn't say that it didn't need to be done so it should be done. He was extremely disrespectful in his tone and the way he spoke to me. I was calling to book a roofing date and he managed to convince me to not book with him. I don't know if it had to do with my age or gender but I will not deal with a company that talks to people that way.

I had a pleasant and easy experience with Forest City Roofing. Right from the quick response to the finished product. I was kept in the loop regarding the timeline. There were no surprises or extra costs. The job was done well and the cleanup was excellent. I am very satisfied with the whole process.
