Had OMM Roofing come and replace our roof. They did a good job replacing it, but there was a leak. 2 months after they came out to check the cause, and several phone calls and emails later, they have yet to come and fix the leak. They haven't returned any emails or phone calls since the leak was discovered.

OMM did an emergency patch on my roof after some shingles blew off in a windstorm. They charged $400 for a very sloppy patch of a few shingles. Six weeks later, I had a house inspection because I was selling the house, and the inspector discovered the shoddy workmanship when he checked the roof. I was shocked when I saw the pictures in the report — the shingles were face-nailed, with the nail heads exposed, the workmanship was poor, and it just looked sloppy. The buyers of the house obviously demanded that the patch be redone as a condition of purchase. I immediately contacted OMM and left five messages on their voicemail. They completely ignored my messages and did not return my phone calls until I posted a review on their Facebook page, showing the pictures from the inspection report. Then they were very quick to respond, apologized, said they would make it right by caulking over the exposed nails, told me they were under pressure because it was an emergency repair and they didn’t have access to all the materials, etc. Caulking over the nails is not an acceptable fix to a sloppy job — the patch needs to be redone. I asked for a refund, but haven’t heard a peep since then. They disabled Facebook reviews, so I guess they considered the problem solved since my review was no longer there.
