Had a great experience twice with Pro had them do gutters in 2017 which came out great, matched the color perfectly to the already existing windows color. Then had them install siding March/April this year which made the house look awesome had so many complements and thumbs up from neighbors. The crew worked hard through the rainy/snowy weather, they were very friendly and flexible to any request we had. Our sales guy Jason and project manager Kieth were great as well they made the process flow smoothly. A couple months after job was completed we were cutting the grass and a piece of wood shot out from the riding mower and damaged the siding so I contacted Jason and he got it fixed for us at no charge... Thanks again!!!!

Two days ago Pro Home Improvement insulated the walls of our large basement walk-out family room. As a professional property manager myself I deal with contractors on an almost daily basis and had never worked with P.H.I. before this project on my personal residence. The estimate process happened the Saturday morning after a heavy snowfall. Frankly, my wife and I expected a no-show from the estimator. Dwight was only a few minutes late despite the nasty weather. He spoke of the lofty standards of the company and some might have suspected what I call "over promising and under delivering". We agreed to the scope and terms of the job and I paid a deposit. The process was clearly laid out by Dwight and went exactly as he described. I met with workers who were on time, polite, knowledgeable and echoed Dwight's high standards. We had to stay out of the house for 24 hours after the spray foam was applied so we didn't see the work until the next day - long after the crew was gone. The thoroughness and neatness of the work were the best I've ever seen in working with contractors - spray foam to the agreed thickness everywhere we agreed, all outlets taped, no over spray and the job site was left very clean. Today I texted the crew leader to convey a special thanks and I called Keith at P.H.I. to let him know I had mailed my final payment on the project and tell him how proud he should be about this particular crew of workers and Pro Home Improvement generally. This was a big job and I paid a fair price for the work - but the job was done to a level of exacting professional quality. This was just a really positive experience and I feel good about the investment in my home. I look forward to enjoying a nice, warm family room!

We had new seamless gutters installed by this company. Very happy with the job. Who new new gutters could dress our home up and make such a difference. Great job super happy.

Got a quote for attic insulation, the representative came and spent maybe a minute or two looking at the attic and making statements like "yeah you need way more insulation in here." Obviously I need more insulation, that's why I'm getting a quote. Then he started basically a high-pressure sales pitch, talking about how great a company they are and starting from an absurd price, then pretending he was offering me some great discount if I agreed to do it today. He would not provide an itemized quote and insisted that because they are a "reputable company" I should be comfortable agreeing to a contract on the spot (I was told on the phone the quote would be good for a year). The focus was not on the work that would be done or even the different options available, it was purely a ridiculous hard sales pitch that left me with no useful information, a ridiculous price and an uncomfortable experience. They also offered a discount if I left a good review, which is why I imagine their review scores are so high. Awful experience.

James from Pro Home Improvement gave me us a great quote. We're so excited and looking forward to our insulation install. He answered all our questions and didn't make our small job seem any less important than a large dollar.
