I have had to use this business a number of times, for my business and my personal homes. They are professional and quick. I have never had an issue with the repairs and found them to be straight forward about what I needed. Highly recommend them

I don't know about their business or quality but if you have the audacity to wrap your car with your company name you should probably make sure whomever drives is, does not drive like a douchebag. Cutting people off on merge lanes, flipping people off and nearly causing two accidents and that was in the span of about 5 minutes.

Garbage people. From the owner to the receptionist. I can't believe that they have friends that would lie for them. 2 people gave them 5 stars and both have only reviewed once ever on google, so fake! I gain nothing from here unless if I save only 1 person from these people. I'm sure they had good jobs but what is important is how to deal with customers when something goes wrong. I hate my experience.

Best Quality Roofing was the contractor who did all the roofing on a small strata complex consisting of two duplexes and one fourplex. In addition to the sloped roof the complex has several areas that are flat and have torch down roofing over other units and crawl spaces. I purchased my unit new from the developer. After several years I noticed a small leak in my crawl space which is covered by the torch down roofing material. By the time the insurance company and restoration company were finished they had removed drywall and insulation in the crawl space ceiling over an area of approximately 8 feet wide and 12 feet long. The insulation was soaked and the leak must have existed since the unit was new to contain that much water. Best quality attended at the site on numerous occasions without being able to locate the cause of the leak. Finally in an effort to ensure no stone was unturned, Richard Otteson, President of the Best Quality came to the site himself on two different occasions and he was unable to locate the leak. Needless to say we were all frustrated. Fortunately, the leak was very small and dripped on the concrete floor or into a bucket and had not caused any damage. Finally the President suggested that Todd McDonald their top flat roof man should come out and have a look. I had experience with Todd from the past and felt he was the best torch down contractor in the city. I was thrilled with Richards suggestion that Todd should see if he could figure it out. Todd came out and inspected the entire area, in and out of the crawl space, back and forth he went, checking every inch of that roof. Finally he spotted something no one else had noticed and after carefully removing some material he found the source of the leak. He is a miracle worker, he had it fixed in an hour and after flooding the area twice to test the patch…No more leak. Thank you Todd. Words cannot adequately express my appreciation. I will remain one of your biggest fans. Frank Pasacreta

Worst company yet! They lie easily just to make more money. 1- they were doing an insurance job (big job) on my house which they got paid around $20,000. There was a very small area (two or three 2x4) that insurance was not covering . So I asked the roofing company how much extra if I pay myself, and they replied COUPLE OF HUNDREDS. Then they invoiced me for $1632!!!! ($100-$150 materials and the rest for labor and 2 pick ups; they were already there!!!!!!!!!!) keep in mind they are already working there and they charged me twice for pick ups! So I told them and they ignored me, so I got a third party company to quote me for the job they did and it was $500. I sent that to my insurance company and insurance called them and they changed my invoice to $500. I paid that right away. Now after 3 years I found out they put a collection on my credit for the $1632 (whole amount). So I think they charged me and they went ahead and sold my "fake debt" to a collection agency or they have to pay when they tell the collection company that this account is up to date (they lied). So they didn't and it stayed there and still OPEN to this date!!!! I called them 3 months ago and they said we take care of this and they haven't so I'm leaving this review. 2- after they were done with my roof, now I always have standing water in the gutters. I told them and they said its normal. I brought 3 different people and they all said its not normal and it needs to be fixed again. 3- very rude and demanding when on the phone. Bad service Thank you Google for letting me save some people from these horrible people.
