Burrard Roofing is excellent. We manage a couple commercial buildings and when putting out a bid for a new roof we included Burrard roofing. That is when I met WALLY! WALLY is straight from an eighties movie. At the end of the movie you feel warm and fuzzy and wish it was the eighties all over again. WALLY is the owner and actually does all the leg work. His bid was most competitive and he advised on tar and gravel which still exists to today. My only fear with WALLY was is this too good to be true. At end it wasn’t. I saved money and WALLY always told me the truth. We had a major leak on another building from a roof drain being clogged. He came immediately and roto rooted the drain while clearing all the water on the roof. Then he came up with a plan to build clean outs and maintenance to prevent any future issues. This is a real review and I honestly had this experience! Burrard roofing is great and WALLY is the real deal! Good luck on your roofing journey.

Burrard Roofing did a large tar&gravel residential roof for us last year. The work was completed quickly (less than a week) and with good attention to detail. They have been around for decades, which is important with warranty-related projects, and value customer relationships, something you can not replace. We had a leak 6 years back and rather than pushing a $25k complete redo at that time, Wally suggested an inexpensive fix that could potentially solve the problem (and did for 6 years). Sure he knew we'd probably use him once the work needed to be done, but that's good business and we value people like that over the fly-by-night options prevalent today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burrard Roofing to others. And so I'm clear, this review actually was posted a year after the job because I was having to contact Burrard to do another job and saw I could post my experience on Google.
