Our business practise has been proven over the past 18 years and it is backed up by our A+ rating on the BBB website. We have an excellent reputation in Kamloops and are one of the top roofing companies in our area. Home Hardware and Convoy Supplies will put to rest any concerns you may have. Funny how none of the bad reviews had any work done by us. Maybe call us instead of airing your discontent online where the accountability is zero. If you had, we would have tried to fix it.

If I could give Bosa a minus 5 I would! We contracted them to do our metal roof back in October 2018 and after many excuses, and promises to come out and take a look/ measure, they finally showed up in November . We had our tin delivered on December 20,2018 with a promise it could be done in 5 days. Thankfully there was no snow on the ground yet and we’re confident it would be completed before we came back from our Christmas holiday. We got back, it was not done! Not even close! Their excuse being it was hard to find people who wanted to work over the holiday. Ok , fair enough. Then his main tin man had to have surgery so they sent out several different groups of people to do the work. It was obvious some of them had no idea how to work with tin as evidenced by their job . They came out for a couple hours at a time, spent mostly by talking, smoking ( leaving butts everywhere) using my bathroom as well as throwing screws from the old roof all over my driveway.( I’ve collected over 150 ) . Understanding that January is colder than the other months, we could see why they only came out on the super cold days, instead of the sunny ones! Did not make sense! When their “ tin” specialist had recovered , he finally came out in March and corrected some of the mistakes but couldn’t complete the job and needed to bend a piece of tin to fit so off he went to do so. The patriarch wanted payment which is understandable as this way now 4 months of a production so being good customers, we paid the full amount, even tho the job was not completed! Again, after many phone calls with excuse after excuse, we were told the “tin” man was now in charge of this project and to get in touch with him to complete the job. He came out after 3 weeks and half completed the secondary job and again, said he needed to bend a piece that he needed, so off he drove with another piece of metal. Then we were told he couldn’t bend that one and would have to order a new piece! What about the 30 pieces left we have here? Why was all this tin ordered? Who measured for our roof? We still haven’t heard back from him. The original drop on December 20,2018 was now killing my grass and was being over grown around it. We had to pay for all this tin that is now sitting in our barn, some of it hasn’t even been taken out if it’s plastic yet! It is now June 7,2019 and the roof job that we hired and paid Bosa to do is still not done! We wouldn’t recommend this company to do any tin roofing for anyone unless you’re willing to wait 6 months! Terrible customer service and totally dissatisfied with their job. I have pictures if anyone wants to see.

Awesome service! It looked like a section of shingles landed in our yard. Apparently it belongs to the neighbours. They found a slightly loose tile on ours, tightened it up and walked across to put on our neighbours tile. Thanks guys!

I have just had my roof replaced by Bosa roofing and I can thoroughly recommend their services. Having a roof replaced can be a stressful experience but the Bosa roofing crew did an awesome job and tidied up after themselves. Hopefully I will not need their services again for another 25+ years!

The Bosa family did an excellent job last October...I was time-pressed yet they responded quickly, despite one member had a recent serious injury that limited their crew. Their quote was less than three other quotes from other roofers in Kamloops...very happy with their work.
