Have you ever been in the situation when you needed a contractor and couldn’t get in touch with one or didn’t have your calls returned? If you have, that won’t be the case with No Payne Roofing. We came home to a potentially big problem on a Saturday afternoon and had a lot of difficulty finding a place that was open and/or one that answered their phone until we called Mike. Not only did he answer but after hearing our situation, promised to be there in less than a couple of hours. We cannot say enough great things about Mike. He assessed the situation, told us why it was happening and came up with a solution. He came back the next day to complete required work and installation. Plus he provided us with photos and details for insurance. He also came back for a follow inspection to make sure the work he provided was working as promised. I feel super lucky to have found No Payne Roofing and you will also feel the same way. Top Shelf Service!

Mike was so quick to respond to our inquiry and provide an estimate. Their price was very competitive and they were able to replace our roof right away. Brody and Nolan were very knowledgeable and professional and completed the job within 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards and used industry standards throughout the job. We are very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of No Payne Roofing. We will definitely use them again.

Some things you can’t prepare for! We had a minor leak from the roof space which thankfully only caused some minor cosmetic damage, however we needed to establish the cause. A call to Mike Payne resulted in an on-site inspection within the hour, a swift and accurate assessment of the cause, and a realistic timeframe and cost to resolve. Mike’s team were on-site the next business day, initially working to plan and then figuring out a more specific and effective ultimate fix for the cause of the problem as they worked: all with Mike’s input and approval in real time over video chat! I doubt you’ll find a more efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team here in town. Every step of the way, Mike’s guys (Brody and Nolan) ensured that their customer was informed and comfortable with the planned work. Minimal disruption, maximum results!

Completed roof in 4 days in winter conditions, came back and did a second clean up when the snow melted as promised. Competitive price, good customer service and completed the job ahead of schedule.

Mike is so professional and quick! The first break in the weather he was here to do the roof repairs, but more importantly he went into the attic to fill holes that our resident squirrels were using. Thankfully that is now handled. Mike went above and beyond as that was not an easy thing to accomplish. Thanks so much!
