BestCan has replaced most of our windows over the past 1 ½ years and we have highly recommended them to both family and friends for the product quality, professional sales and installation as well as timely project completion. Special thanks to Brian Mann (Sales) for his communication of updates and to installers, Vitali and his father, for their excellent installation and thorough clean up! We also had some floor tiling done on our basement landing by Alexi with great results as it was a tricky area with a curved wall and one other odd angle. We have been very pleased with all the staff and crew of BestCan and will definitely call on them again for the replacement of our remaining windows.

BestCan just installed 5 windows for me and I am happy with their work. Great communications, knowledgeable sales person (Roy) , and professional installation team. And the price was amazing. Everything was done according to the contract with a high quality, and within the time frame. Much better than a bigger company that I dealt with last year, who brought in a wrong window on installation day, and did not install my skylight window plumb and level because "the base panel was not level"...

Bestcan contacted me around August 20th and I agreed to have somebody come in to give me an estimate on the entire upstairs, hallway at front door and my kitchen. The gentleman that came {Bill} seemed to be in a mood and went through the house like it was on fire and then left. I don't think he liked the idea that I was having a martini {it was 5:30 PM} and I never heard a thing after. No estimate no nothing. I hired Axcell to do the whole job and they started this morning. Never again Bestcan.

I used BestCan to replace my 7 windows and patio door as part of the GreenOn rebate program. The program was cancelled by the new provincial government putting BestCan under excessive pressure to complete installation before closing deadline. They came through, the installers were professional, clean, courteous and efficient, they did an amazing job both inside and outside the house. Would use them again on the next house.

We decided to do a complete Reno on our 1969 built house. The full exterior including new vinyl, eavestrough and soffit and windows. I met Brian from Best Can through my sourcing out contractors. They immediately stood out as a knowledgable reputable contractor. I could not have been happier with my decision to go with Best Can. They worked with me through any surprises and the teams that arrived here were on time, efficient and respectable. They did great work and we are so happy with our new look. After the work was done and we had settled payment I called Brian about a small aesthetic change to the window frames. I was delighted when they showed up after the fact and adjusted the frames the way my wife wanted and at no cost to us, it made her very happy. All this and after sales service too. Thank you Best Can and Brian for a job well done. James L
